Websites & connected communication

A clear website. A connected contact path.

Help a visitor understand your services and take a sensible next step. Plan the website and the process behind each inquiry together, so the page, inbox and person replying have defined roles.

Make the next step clear.

Shape the service pages around what a customer needs to know: the problem you help with, the work included and how to begin. Agree the content and usable assets before building or refreshing the site.

  • Clear service explanations and contact labels.
  • Pages that work on mobile as well as larger screens.
  • An inquiry or appointment-request route suited to the business.

Define what happens after the form.

A contact form needs an agreed destination, a truthful receipt and a person responsible for follow-up. Domain and email setup, calendar connections and newsletter workflows can be scoped where needed; they are not automatic extras.

  • Document where the inquiry goes and who reviews it.
  • Test the agreed contact path and failure message.
  • Distinguish an appointment request from a confirmed booking.

Agree the build and handover.

The proposal sets out pages, content, assets, integrations, revisions and checks. Hosting, domain charges, subscriptions and maintenance are made explicit. The handover explains where the site and accounts live and how to manage the agreed changes.

Questions before you start

Can the work start with the existing website?

Yes, the assessment can start there. Whether a refresh or a new build makes sense depends on the platform, content, access and requirements.

Does a booking form confirm appointments?

Only an agreed, verified booking process can do that. An appointment request can remain pending until the business accepts it.

Are hosting and email changes included?

Only when the written scope says so. Any migration needs its own checks, responsibilities and recovery plan.

Where does your website need a better next step?

Share the page or contact process you want to improve, and describe what should happen when someone gets in touch.

Get in touch

Getting in touch does not commission an assessment. We agree its scope and fee before paid work begins. Any implementation is a separate, agreed scope.

Consultations are arranged by email with at least 48 hours’ notice. An appointment is confirmed only when we agree on a time.
